People, Places, Life Events and Buckets

Everything you name lives in Organize — the book icon — and nothing is named without your tap.

People

Open Organize › People. Each person has a name, nicknames (so “Nana” and “Margaret” find the same person), a relationship to you, and their life events. Set yourself with Set as “This is Me” so Livo Search understands “me” and “I”. Name more faces opens the next Moment where that person still has faces to name. Two entries for one person? Select both and Merge: the photos move one at a time, and Undo puts everything back.

Places

Open Organize › Places. A place has a name, nicknames, and a city, state and country. Look Up Place fills the address from the map. Livo can suggest places from the photos’ own GPS (Places to Review); nothing is applied until you confirm. Merging places works like merging people.

Life Events

Open Organize › Life Events. A dated event on a person — a birth, a wedding. Livo Search uses them: “when Elise was born”, “our anniversary”.

Buckets

Open Organize › Buckets. A Bucket is a hidden shelf: photos moved there leave the Gallery, Moments, Memories, search and every export until you move them back. Not the Trash — nothing is deleted.

Trash

Deleted photos, Memories, capsules, people and places wait in Organize › Trash until you restore them or empty it. See Trash, and what Livo never deletes.
