Livo has three surfaces along the bottom, a book of everything else, and a search card.

Gallery

Open the Gallery

Your photos by Moment, newest first. Tap + to bring more in (Camera Roll, OneDrive, Family Share, or Scan Prints for printed photos). Swipe a tile up to Mark it. Tap the face icon on a Moment to name the faces in it. Select photos to tag, describe, share, or make a Memory from them. Filter narrows the Gallery by people, places, tags, dates, and more.

Memory Lane

Open Memory Lane

The Memories you make: a set of photos in order, a story, and your voice if you record one. Open a Memory to watch it, edit it, seal it into a Time Capsule, or share it with your family as a video.

Vault

Open the Vault

Your Time Capsules: sealed Memories, kept as files you can hand on. Each capsule is copied to the places you chose (your OneDrive’s Livo Vault folder, and any folder you add under Places) and checked for you now and then. A row says when it was last checked and in how many places; Livo tells you if a copy needs attention while it can still be repaired.

Open Organize

Everything else: Getting Started, People, Places, Buckets, Life Events, Family (what your family has shared), Backup & Restore, Activity (work Livo is doing in the background), Trash, and Settings.

Search

Open Livo Search

Type or say a name, a place, a word from a story, or a word from a scanned print. Livo Search finds the photos and shows a pill for each field it matched, with a count. Tap a pill’s ✕ to drop that field.
